As an RBT, you'll provide direct behavior-analytic services under the close supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst). You'll implement treatment plans designed to enhance communication, social skills, and adaptive living skills, among others, in individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges.
Requirements:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at GRACIE Behavior Associates, LLC, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental, behavioral, and social challenges. You will work closely with our team and clients, developing individualized treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of these plans, and providing ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians and caregivers.
Requirements:
As a BCaBA, you'll work under the supervision of a BCBA, assisting in the collection and analysis of behavioral data. You'll also help design behavior intervention plans, train and supervise RBTs, and maintain ethical and professional behavior analytic standards.
Requirements:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in our clients. Your role will include developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy in one-on-one or group settings, and advising families/caregivers on how to support the individual's communication development.
Requirements:
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work with individuals who struggle with daily living and work skills. Your role will include helping them develop, recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. This might involve teaching individuals how to use adaptive equipment, improving sensory processing, and enhancing motor skills.
Requirements:
As a Physical Therapist, you'll help individuals improve their movement and manage their pain. This might involve designing individualized therapeutic exercises, teaching individuals how to use equipment to aid mobility, and promoting healthier lifestyle choices.
Requirements:
As a Mental Health Counselor/LPCC, you'll provide mental health support to individuals in our care. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy in one-on-one or group settings, and promoting mental health wellness.
